TheTd5 is a high performance Land Rover diesel engine with capabilities well suited to the vehicles it has been fitted to.
Getting the best out of your Land Rover including; extending engine life, improved performance and fuel efficiency modifications bring these vehicles into their own in Australian conditions.
Heat and poor quality fuel do not allow these vehicles to perform at optimum levels.
If failure has occurred it may also be due to the fact that the servicing has not been carried out as per the manufactures standards.

From 2½" to 3" exhaust systems
The exhaust outlet manifold is 3" which is reduced to 2½" to the exhaust pipe and muffler.
By continuing the 3" system right through and adding a large capacity muffler the engine clears the exhaust fumes faster and runs much cooler. The engine runs more efficiently and increases the horsepower. (Software or ECU upgrades are recommended.)
We have full stainless systems available. Do it once and do it properly.
Note; Combine this exhaust system upgrade with a larger capacity intercooler and the engine runs even more efficiently.

TD5 DPL modified injector harness
Due to the extreme heat oil in forced through this harness causing electrical failure.
We have modified this harness to totally eliminate this problem.
